Now as soon as this track showed up on my soundcloud stream, and I clicked play it took me right back.
Right back to the days when I used to be into Deep House. Cruising in the car, chilled out, those were the days. In all honesty I owe a large portion of my musical taste to those Deep House days.
Now onto the actual song itself. The vocals are enticing, the beats soft, and the claps perfectly layered. The bass line has just enough thump to get you moving.
Now one song that I can say stems from the same feel would be: Blue Six's "You play too rough". It has the same layed back, dream like feel as Give you up.
Darius as a remixer really went out of his new disco nature to do this song, and it really shows his musical talent to still make such a jam.
